NetSuite MCP: connect NetSuite to Claude and ChatGPT
Ask Claude or ChatGPT which customers have overdue invoices, what a customer has ordered this quarter or how many of an item are on hand. The answer comes straight from Oracle NetSuite.
Each person signs in with their own NetSuite login and role, so the AI works within what that role may see, and it only reads. We set it up for your company next to your other systems.

What we build for NetSuite
Deployed OS has no ready NetSuite connector yet. We build it for your company when you start, on NetSuite’s own API, with the same rules as every other connector: each person’s own login, access decided by group, every call logged.
- Customers and sales
- Customers, sales orders and invoices with their lines, amounts, status and due dates.
- Items and inventory
- Items with their quantities per location and prices, as the person’s role may see them.
- Vendors and purchasing
- Vendors, purchase orders and vendor bills.
- Read-only queries
- SuiteQL queries for questions that span records, such as totals per subsidiary or period, limited to what the role may see.
Who sees what
- Read-only
- The connector reads. It does not create transactions, approve anything or change a record.
- Each person’s own NetSuite login and role
- Everyone signs in to NetSuite as themselves and picks the role to use. NetSuite grants the connection for that role, and applies its permissions to every call.
- Your company decides who gets it
- Admins choose which groups get NetSuite in Deployed OS. A group without access never sees the connector.
- Every call logged
- Who asked, what was read and when. Deployed OS keeps the log, and it can be exported.

NetSuite’s own MCP server or Deployed OS?
Oracle has its own NetSuite AI Connector Service, introduced in 2025, with a free SuiteApp of standard MCP tools for records, reports, saved searches, read-only SuiteQL queries and the File Cabinet. It works with Claude and ChatGPT, runs with the signed-in user’s NetSuite role, does not allow Administrator roles, and can also create and update records. If NetSuite is the only system your team wants in its AI tool, it is a good fit.
Deployed OS is for when NetSuite is one system among several. It sits next to your CRM, email and other tools in one company connection, admins decide which groups get each system, every call is logged in one place, and the same rules apply in Claude and ChatGPT, next to your company’s skills and guardrails.
NetSuite MCP: common questions
Yes. Oracle’s NetSuite AI Connector Service lets Claude and ChatGPT use NetSuite through MCP, and it runs with the signed-in user’s role. Deployed OS adds NetSuite to one company connection with your other systems, with access per group and one log.
No. The connector we build reads customers, sales orders, invoices, items, vendors and purchase orders. It does not create transactions or edit records.
Yes. Everyone signs in with their own NetSuite login, and NetSuite grants the connection for the role they pick. The AI cannot see more than the person could with that role in NetSuite.
They pick the role on NetSuite’s own consent screen when they connect, and the connection works with that role. To use another role, they connect again and choose it.
Deployed is an EU company and fully GDPR compliant, and you choose where your data is stored, down to the city. NetSuite data is fetched when someone asks for it.
