We'llgetyou
AI‑native.
From first workshop to full adoption. We train your team, deploy your first AI project, and stay until AI is part of how you work.
What AI-native looks like
Every person in your organization — doing what they already do, but 10x faster. Not new skills. Not coding. Not apps. Just their actual job, supercharged. AI handles the busywork. Human handles what matters.
The same tasks — done in a fraction of the time.
Sales Lead
A full day of outreach. Done before coffee.
Operations Manager
8 hours of admin. Done in 12 minutes.

What happens in a Kickstart
We start by building something impossible in front of your team. A complete website — design, copy, functionality — from scratch in 60 minutes. Live.
Then it clicks: if this is possible in an hour, what could I build for my own work? That's when the real workshop starts.
Your team walks out having built:
Real examples, tailored to each role
Outbound that runs itself
Your sales team builds an automation that sends personalized outreach to 100 prospects every Monday at 9AM — connected to your CRM, email, and calendar.
Candidate sourcing at scale
Your recruiter builds an AI that finds, screens, and reaches out to 100 candidates per day — tailored messages, based on your job specs.
Reports that write themselves
Your ops lead connects AI to your data. Weekly reports that took 4 hours now generate in 4 minutes — formatted, summarized, ready to send.
Content in your brand voice
Your marketing lead builds an AI that writes campaign copy, social posts, and newsletters — trained on your tone, your style, your past content.
Meetings to action items
Record any meeting. AI extracts every decision, assigns owners, and posts a summary to Slack — your team builds this in 30 minutes.
Proposals in 10 minutes
Your sales team builds an AI that pulls client data from your CRM and drafts tailored proposals — cutting prep time from 2 hours to 10 minutes.
These are just examples. Your team will build for your industry, your workflows, your data, your challenges.
What Deployed Partner looks like
A question in Slack. A working solution 17 minutes later. Not a ticket. Not a meeting. Not next sprint.
Your team asks — we build. Every day, in your channels, on your data.
Operators, not consultants
We believe AI is the most important shift in how companies operate since the internet. But knowing that and acting on it are two different things. Most organizations have the ambition — what's missing is a clear first step and someone to take it with them. We started Deployed because we've been through that journey ourselves. We've seen what happens when a team goes from curious to capable — when AI stops being a topic in meetings and becomes part of how they work every day. That's what we help companies do.

Nathalie built Smartech Retail Group over a decade — creating hands-on technology experiences inside Selfridges, KaDeWe, Rinascente, and Printemps. In 2025 she launched tm:rw, a flagship innovation destination in Times Square. Her core conviction — that people only adopt what they actually experience — is what brought her to Deployed.

Poyan co-founded Oddwork and Life Inside, and was an early investor in Winningtemp. In 2021 he received H.M. King Carl XVI Gustaf's Young Pioneer of the Year award. He came to Deployed having already deployed AI across his own companies — knowing firsthand what breaks, what sticks, and what it actually takes to change how a team works.

With 14 years inside Volvo Group and a background in enterprise transformation at Capgemini, Rozbeh operates at the intersection of technology, delivery, and organizational change. He helps leadership move from fragmented digital initiatives to coordinated, scalable execution — aligning teams, platforms, and AI strategy so adoption goes beyond pilots and becomes part of how the organization actually works.

With deep experience from inside large, complex organizations, Behrang operates at the intersection of strategy, operations, and data. He helps leadership move from system-centric views to a shared, business-driven understanding of how companies actually operate — aligning operating structures, governance, and analytics so decisions are based on consistent facts and digital and AI initiatives can scale with confidence.
Christopher comes from the world of creative production and brand communication — with a background in motion design from Hyper Island and hands-on experience building visual identities and client relationships across design, e-commerce, and digital platforms. Early on, he started integrating AI tools into his own creative workflows — and found that the biggest barrier was never the technology itself, but knowing where to start. That experience is what drew him to Deployed.
Frequently asked questions
An AI-native organization is one where AI tools and workflows are embedded in daily work across teams — not just in the IT department. It means your people know how to use AI, your processes are designed for it, and you're continuously deploying new AI capabilities without external help.
The workshop itself is one to three hours, depending on your team size and goals. But the real value comes in the weeks after — your team will have the knowledge and a concrete project to continue building on.
No. We've trained teams ranging from marketing departments to C-suite executives. Our workshops are designed to meet people where they are. The goal is AI literacy and practical skills, not turning everyone into engineers.
That's where Deployed Partner comes in. We stay available to your entire organization through a dedicated Slack channel, monthly check-ins, and on-demand support. Your team will hit obstacles — and we'll be there to help them push through.
