e-conomic MCP: connect e-conomic to Claude and ChatGPT
Ask Claude or ChatGPT which customers have overdue invoices, what a customer has been invoiced this year or what is posted on an account this month. The answer comes straight from e-conomic, Visma’s accounting system in Denmark, without an export or a report.
We build the connector for your company on e-conomic’s own API. Your company approves it once for its e-conomic agreement, admins decide which groups get it in Deployed OS, and it only reads.

“What payment terms and CVR number do we have for Lundgaard & Søn A/S?”
“Draft a friendly reminder to Holm Ejendomme about invoice 20431. I will send it myself.”
What we build for e-conomic
Deployed OS has no ready e-conomic connector yet. We build it for your company when you start, on e-conomic’s own API, with the same rules as every other connector: each person’s own login, access decided by group, every call logged.
- Customers
- Customers with their contact details, CVR number, payment terms and currency.
- Invoices
- Booked invoices with their amounts, due dates and what is still unpaid, and invoice drafts that are not booked yet.
- Accounts and entries
- The chart of accounts, balances and entries per account and period.
- Products
- Products with their numbers and prices, so the AI can say what a customer has bought.
Who sees what
- Read-only
- The connector reads. It does not book entries, create or send invoices or change a customer.
- One approval for the company
- e-conomic’s API works per company agreement: a user at your company approves the app once, and the connector reads with that approval. It is not each person’s own e-conomic login, so who gets it is decided in Deployed OS.
- Your company decides who gets it
- Admins choose which groups get e-conomic in Deployed OS. A group without access never sees the connector, and we can limit which areas the connector reads at all.
- Every call logged
- Who asked, what was read and when. Deployed OS keeps the log, and it can be exported.

e-conomic MCP: common questions
Not from Visma or e-conomic, as far as we know in October 2026. There are third-party and open-source MCP servers that a developer can run with the company’s tokens. We build the connector on e-conomic’s API so the whole company can use it in Claude and ChatGPT, with access per group and one log.
No. The connector reads customers, invoices, accounts and entries. It does not book, invoice or change records, and we only add writing if you ask for it.
No. e-conomic’s API gives access per company agreement, not per user. That is why access is set per group in Deployed OS, and why the connector only reads the areas you agree on with us.
No. e-conomic is Visma’s accounting system in Denmark and has its own API. Visma eEkonomi is a separate product for Sweden, with its own connector.
Deployed is an EU company and fully GDPR compliant, and you choose where your data is stored, down to the city. e-conomic data is fetched when someone asks for it.
