Oneflow MCP: connect Oneflow to Claude and ChatGPT

Ask Claude or ChatGPT which contracts are waiting for a signature, what the signed agreement with a customer says about value and dates, or who still has to sign. The answer comes straight from Oneflow. Need a new contract? The AI starts a draft from your template with the data fields filled in.

With Deployed OS every call runs as the person’s own Oneflow user, so the AI sees the contracts they can see. Drafts are never sent: you review and send them from Oneflow.

In practice

What your team can do with Oneflow in Claude and ChatGPT

Sales

The contract straight after the call

Pick the template, give the customer, term and start date, and the draft is waiting in Oneflow for you to check and send. Done while the details are still fresh.
Sales managers

What’s stuck at signing

Every pending and overdue contract with its parties and who hasn’t signed. Ready for the Monday pipeline meeting.
Account managers

The terms before the renewal talk

Value, dates, parties and data fields on the signed contract, pulled up before you call the customer about what comes next.
Legal

Every contract with one party

Search across contracts by party, participant or data field and get them listed by state. Declined ones included.
Examples

Ask it like this

  • “Which contracts are pending signature right now, and who hasn’t signed?”

  • “Create a draft from our Standard SaaS template for Lindqvist AB, 24 months, starting 1 November.”

  • “What value and dates are on the signed contract with Fjord Media?”

  • “List all overdue contracts and the parties on each.”

  • “Which templates can I create contracts from in the Sales workspace?”

  • “Find every contract where Erik Holm is a participant, and tell me which ones he still has to sign.”

The connector

What the Oneflow MCP connector does today

  • Readsoneflow_search_contracts

Search the contracts you can see by words in the name, parties, participants and data fields, optionally only drafts, pending, overdue, signed or declined ones. Returns name, state, dates and parties.

  • Readsoneflow_get_contract

Read one contract: state, dates, value, parties and their participants with signing status, data fields and tags.

  • Readsoneflow_list_templates

List the workspaces where you may create contracts and the active templates in each.

  • Writesoneflow_create_draft

Create a draft contract from one of your templates, with a name and data field values if you give them. It stays a draft: nothing is sent.

Security

Who sees what

Reads, plus drafts
The connector searches and reads contracts and templates, and can create a draft from a template. It never sends, signs or changes an existing contract in Oneflow.
Each person’s own Oneflow user
Every call runs as the person’s own Oneflow user, matched on the email they sign in to Deployed OS with. They see what they can see in Oneflow, nothing more.
Drafts only with Edit access
Admins choose which groups get Oneflow, and only groups with Edit access can create drafts. The company guardrails apply to every draft.
Every call logged
Who asked, which connector, when. Deployed OS shows reads and writes per connector and per person, and the log can be exported.
Setup

Set up the Oneflow connector in three steps

01
An administrator in Oneflow creates an API token for Deployed OS under Marketplace, API tokens, as a custom integration.
02
The admin pastes the token into Deployed OS, where it is stored encrypted, and chooses which groups get Oneflow and which of them may create drafts.
03
Nobody else has anything to connect. Each call runs as the person’s own Oneflow user, so people sign in to Deployed OS with the email they use in Oneflow.
Questions

Oneflow MCP: common questions

Not from Oneflow itself, as of October 2026, as far as we could verify. There are third-party servers built on the Oneflow API. Deployed OS gives the whole company the same connection, with each person’s own Oneflow user, access per group and a log of every call.

It can create a draft from one of your templates, when you ask and confirm the template and values. That is all. Nothing is sent, signed or published, and existing contracts are never changed. If you want it to do more, we can extend it for you.

Yes. Deployed OS is your company’s own MCP, so the same Oneflow connection works in Claude, ChatGPT and Copilot. People keep the assistant they prefer.

Yes. Your company creates its own API token in Oneflow, and Deployed OS calls the Oneflow API with it, always as the person asking. Claude and ChatGPT reach it via MCP.

Oneflow works with a company API token rather than personal logins. Deployed OS sends every call as the person’s own Oneflow user, picked by the verified email they sign in with, so Oneflow applies that user’s own permissions. The email in Deployed OS must match the one in Oneflow.

It depends on the size of your team. Get in touch and we will walk you through it.
