SuperOffice MCP: connect SuperOffice to Claude and ChatGPT
Ask Claude or ChatGPT what you have on today, what happened at the last meeting with Bergqvist Bygg or who you know at Lindholmen Fastigheter. The answer comes straight from SuperOffice, with a link to every company, person and follow-up.
With Deployed OS everyone connects with their own SuperOffice login. The AI sees what their SuperOffice rights let them see, and the only things it writes are a note or a to-do for yourself, when you ask for one.

“Add a note to Holmberg Logistik: met Karin, they want a proposal for the Gothenburg warehouse by the 20th.”

Who sees what
- Reads, plus notes and your own to-dos
- The connector reads companies, persons, follow-ups, sales and the names of documents, and can add a note or a to-do for yourself. It cannot change a company, person or sale, and it never books anything with anyone else.
- Each person’s own rights
- Everyone connects their own SuperOffice login, so the AI sees what their SuperOffice rights let them see. A company someone can’t open in SuperOffice stays closed through the AI too.
- Writes only with Edit access
- Admins choose which groups get SuperOffice, and only groups with Edit access can add notes and to-dos. Each one is saved as the person asking, after they confirm the text, and nobody is invited or notified.
- Every call logged
- Who asked, which connector, when. Deployed OS shows reads and writes per connector and per person, and the log can be exported.
Set up the SuperOffice connector in three steps
SuperOffice’s own MCP server or Deployed OS?
SuperOffice has its own MCP server, MCP Connect, for Claude, ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot. Each person signs in with their SuperOffice user, and it reads companies, contacts, sales, requests, projects, follow-ups and documents. Reading needs CRM Suite Plus or above, updating records needs CRM Suite Super, and it does not create new records. For one person on those plans who wants SuperOffice in their own assistant, it is a good fit.
Deployed OS is for when the whole company should use it. One company connection for SuperOffice and all your other tools, with each person on their own SuperOffice login, admins choosing which groups get SuperOffice, and a log of every call in one place. It works with SuperOffice CRM Online with API access, and adds notes and to-dos of your own. The same connection works in Claude, ChatGPT and Copilot, next to your company’s skills and guardrails.
SuperOffice MCP: common questions
Yes. SuperOffice has its own MCP server, MCP Connect, and it suits one person on the right plan well. Deployed OS gives the whole company one connection for SuperOffice and your other tools, with each person’s own login, access per group and a log of every call.
Two things: it can add a note to a company or person, and create a to-do for yourself, when you ask and confirm the text. Both are saved as follow-ups you own, with no alarm, and nobody is invited or notified. No company, person or sale is changed. If you want it to do more, for example update sales, we can extend it for you.
Your admin sets up SuperOffice in Deployed OS once. You add your company’s Deployed OS connection in Claude, sign in to SuperOffice with your own login and start asking. The same connection works in ChatGPT and Copilot.
Only if they can in SuperOffice. The AI uses each person’s own SuperOffice login, so the rights you have set in SuperOffice apply as they are.
SuperOffice CRM Online with API access, which comes with CRM Suite Core and higher or the Development Tools subscription. SuperOffice validates your company’s app before it goes live, and we walk you through the steps. SuperOffice Onsite is not supported today.
Deployed is an EU company and fully GDPR compliant, and you choose where your data is stored, down to the city. SuperOffice data is fetched when someone asks for it.
It depends on the size of your team. Get in touch and we will walk you through it.
