PowerOffice MCP: connect PowerOffice to Claude and ChatGPT
Ask Claude or ChatGPT which customers have unpaid invoices, how many hours a project has used or what is still on an open sales order. The answer comes straight from PowerOffice Go, without a report or an export.
We build the connector for your company on PowerOffice’s own API. Your company activates it once in PowerOffice Go, admins decide which groups get it in Deployed OS, and it only reads.

What we build for PowerOffice
Deployed OS has no ready PowerOffice connector yet. We build it for your company when you start, on PowerOffice’s own API, with the same rules as every other connector: each person’s own login, access decided by group, every call logged.
- Customers and contacts
- Customers, suppliers and their contact people.
- Outgoing invoices
- Invoices with their amounts, due dates and whether they are paid.
- Sales orders
- Sales orders with their lines, so the AI can say what has been ordered and what is left to invoice.
- Projects and hours
- Projects and departments, and time tracking entries per project, person and activity.
Who sees what
- Read-only
- The connector reads. It does not create invoices or orders, register hours or change a customer.
- One activation for the company
- PowerOffice’s API works per company: the integration is activated once in your PowerOffice Go client, and it reads with that activation. It is not each person’s own PowerOffice login, so who gets it is decided in Deployed OS.
- Your company decides who gets it
- Admins choose which groups get PowerOffice in Deployed OS. A group without access never sees the connector, and we only ask PowerOffice for the areas you agree on.
- Every call logged
- Who asked, what was read and when. Deployed OS keeps the log, and it can be exported.

PowerOffice MCP: common questions
Not from PowerOffice, as far as we know in October 2026. Some third parties offer hosted MCP servers for PowerOffice Go. We build the connector on PowerOffice’s own API, so it can be used in Claude and ChatGPT next to your other systems, with access per group and one log.
No. The connector reads customers, invoices, sales orders, projects and hours. It does not invoice, register hours or change records, and we only add writing if you ask for it.
No. PowerOffice’s API gives access per company, through the integration you activate in PowerOffice Go. That is why access is set per group in Deployed OS, and every call is logged with the name of the person who asked.
Partly. PowerOffice only gives an integration access to areas your company’s Go subscription includes, so projects and hours need the modules for them. We check this with you before we build.
Deployed is an EU company and fully GDPR compliant, and you choose where your data is stored, down to the city. PowerOffice data is fetched when someone asks for it.
