Procore MCP: connect Procore to Claude and ChatGPT

Ask Claude or ChatGPT which RFIs on a project are overdue, which submittals are waiting for the architect or how the budget stands after the latest change orders. The answer comes straight from Procore, without clicking through each tool on each project.

We build the connector for your company on Procore’s own API. Each person signs in with their own Procore login, so the AI sees only the projects and tools that person may see in Procore, and it only reads.

In practice

What your team can do with Procore in Claude and ChatGPT

Project managers

What is open on the job

Open RFIs and submittals with who holds the ball and since when, summarised before the owner meeting instead of exported to a spreadsheet.
Superintendents

Yesterday on site in one answer

Daily logs with manpower, weather and notes, and the punch items still open on a floor or area.
Project accountants

Budget and change orders

The budget against committed and actual cost, and which change orders are pending, approved or rejected.
Operations leaders

Across every project

The same question asked over all your projects, such as overdue RFIs per project, compared the way you ask.
Examples

Ask it like this

  • “Which RFIs on the Riverside Medical Center project are overdue, and who are they assigned to?”

  • “Which submittals are waiting for review by the architect on the Elm Street apartments?”

  • “Summarise yesterday’s daily log for the Maple Grove school job.”

  • “Which change orders on the Harbor Point project are still pending, and what do they cover?”

  • “How many open punch items does the third floor have, and who owns them?”

  • “Draft an email to Jason Whitaker about the late RFIs on his package. I will send it myself.”

The connector

What we build for Procore

Deployed OS has no ready Procore connector yet. We build it for your company when you start, on Procore’s own API, with the same rules as every other connector: each person’s own login, access decided by group, every call logged.

Projects and directory
The projects a person can see, with their details and the companies and people on each project.
RFIs and submittals
RFIs and submittals with their status, ball in court, due dates and responses.
Daily logs and punch list
Daily logs with manpower, weather and notes, and punch items with their location, assignee and status.
Budget and change orders
Budget lines with committed and actual cost, commitments and change orders with their status.
Documents and drawings
Which documents and drawing revisions a project has, so the AI can point to the latest set.
Security

Who sees what

Read-only
The connector reads. It does not create RFIs, answer submittals, approve change orders or edit a daily log. We only build write actions if you ask for them.
Each person’s own Procore login
Everyone signs in to Procore as themselves through OAuth. Procore applies that user’s company and project permissions to every call, so someone who cannot see a project’s financials in Procore does not see them through the AI either.
Your company decides who gets it
Admins choose which groups get Procore in Deployed OS. A group without access never sees the connector.
Every call logged
Who asked, what was read and when. Deployed OS keeps the log, and it can be exported.
Setup

Set up the Procore connector in three steps

01
We go through with you which questions matter most and on which Procore tools, and build the connector on Procore’s REST API.
02
Your Procore administrator installs the connector’s app for your company account, and you choose which groups get Procore in Deployed OS.
03
Each person connects with their own Procore login. From then on they just ask.
Questions

Procore MCP: common questions

Not as far as we know. Procore has its own AI, Procore Helix, inside Procore, and a documented REST API. The MCP servers for Procore we have found are community and third-party projects. We build the connector on Procore’s API, so the answers can be used in Claude and ChatGPT next to your other systems.

Yes. Procore Helix is Procore’s AI inside the platform, and its Agent Builder lets you set up agents there. It works inside Procore. Connecting Procore to Claude and ChatGPT lets you ask about projects next to your email, accounting and other systems, with each person’s own Procore login and a log.

No. The connector reads projects, RFIs, submittals, daily logs, budgets, change orders and documents. It does not create or answer anything, and we only build write actions if you ask for them.

Yes. Everyone signs in with their own Procore login, and Procore checks every call against that user’s company and project permissions. For scheduled summaries Procore also offers a service account with permissions you set, and we only use one if you ask for it.

Deployed is an EU company and fully GDPR compliant, and you choose where your data is stored, down to the city. Procore data is fetched when someone asks for it.

It depends on the size of your team. Get in touch and we will walk you through it.
