Exact Online MCP: connect Exact Online to Claude and ChatGPT
Ask Claude or ChatGPT which customers are past their payment term, what a supplier has invoiced this quarter or how many of an item you have in stock. The answer comes straight from Exact Online, without an export or a report built in Excel first.
We build the connector for your company on Exact’s own API. Each person signs in with their own Exact Online account, so the AI only sees the administraties and data that person may see in Exact, and it only reads.

“What has Bakkerij De Molen ordered from us this year, and what is not yet delivered?”
“How many of item VB-2041 do we have in stock?”
“Compare open receivables in our Utrecht and Eindhoven administraties.”
“Which sales invoices did we send last week that are still unpaid?”
What we build for Exact Online
Deployed OS has no ready Exact Online connector yet. We build it for your company when you start, on Exact Online’s own API, with the same rules as every other connector: each person’s own login, access decided by group, every call logged.
- Customers and suppliers
- Relations (accounts) with their contact details, payment terms and status.
- Sales invoices and receivables
- Sales invoices with their lines and open amounts, so the AI can say what is outstanding and for how long.
- Purchase invoices and payables
- Purchase invoices and what is still to be paid, per supplier or period.
- Sales orders
- Sales orders with their lines, delivery dates and status.
- Items and stock
- Items with their stock levels, where your Exact Online edition has stock.
Who sees what
- Read-only
- The connector reads. It does not create invoices, book entries or change relations. We only build writing if your company asks for it.
- Each person’s own Exact Online account
- Everyone signs in with their own Exact Online account through Exact’s OAuth sign-in. The AI works with that user’s rights, including which administraties they can open, so it cannot see more than the person could in Exact.
- Your company decides who gets it
- Admins choose which groups get Exact Online in Deployed OS. A group without access never sees the connector.
- Every call logged
- Who asked, what was read and when. Deployed OS keeps the log, and it can be exported.

Exact Online MCP: common questions
Not as far as we know. Exact has not published its own MCP server. There are MCP servers from Exact partners and data platforms, such as iWebDevelopment and CData. We build the connector on Exact Online’s own API, so the answers can be used in Claude and ChatGPT next to your other systems.
No. The connector reads relations, invoices, orders and stock. It does not book entries, send invoices or change records, and we only build writing if you ask for it.
Yes. Everyone signs in with their own Exact Online account, and every call runs with that user’s rights in Exact. The AI cannot see more than the person could in Exact.
Yes. Exact Online keeps each administratie (division) separate, and the connector asks for one or more of them, as far as the person has access. You can ask about one administratie or compare several.
Deployed is an EU company and fully GDPR compliant, and you choose where your data is stored, down to the city. Exact Online data is fetched when someone asks for it.
