Sellsy MCP: connect Sellsy to Claude and ChatGPT
Ask Claude or ChatGPT which quotes (devis) are still waiting for a signature, which invoices are overdue or what a customer has bought from you this year. The answer comes straight from Sellsy, without building a list or an export first.
We build the connector for your company on Sellsy’s own API v2, next to your other systems. It only reads, and your admins decide which groups get it.

Ask it like this
“Which quotes sent to Groupe Moreau in the last month are still not signed?”
“What does our pipeline look like this quarter, by stage and salesperson?”
“Which invoices are more than 30 days overdue, and what is the total per customer?”
“Summarise everything we know about Ateliers Durand before my call with Claire Lefèvre tomorrow.”
“Which opportunities have had no activity for two weeks?”
“What has Brasserie Girard bought from us this year, by product?”
What we build for Sellsy
Deployed OS has no ready Sellsy connector yet. We build it for your company when you start, on Sellsy’s own API, with the same rules as every other connector: each person’s own login, access decided by group, every call logged.
- Companies and contacts
- Your customers and prospects, and the people at each one, as they are in Sellsy.
- Opportunities
- Opportunities with their stage, owner, expected amount and closing date, so the AI can describe the pipeline.
- Quotes
- Quotes with their lines and status, so you can see what has been sent, signed or refused.
- Invoices and payments
- Invoices with due dates and the payments made against them, so the AI can say what is still unpaid.
- Products and services
- Your catalogue items, so quotes and invoices can be grouped by what you sell.
Who sees what
- Read-only
- The connector reads. It does not create a quote, change an opportunity, send an invoice or record a payment.
- Access per group, not per Sellsy login
- We connect through a private API access that your Sellsy administrator creates for your own Sellsy account. People do not sign in with their own Sellsy login; Deployed OS decides who may use it.
- Your company decides who gets it
- Admins choose which groups get Sellsy in Deployed OS, for example sales and finance. A group without access never sees the connector.
- Every call logged
- Who asked, what was read and when. Deployed OS keeps the log, and it can be exported.

Sellsy MCP: common questions
Not as far as we know. Several third-party services, such as Zapier and Pipedream, offer hosted Sellsy connections for AI assistants. We build the MCP connector on Sellsy’s own API v2, so Sellsy sits next to your other systems in Claude and ChatGPT, with access per group and one log.
No. The connector reads companies, contacts, opportunities, quotes, invoices and payments. It does not create or change anything. If your company wants a write action, such as drafting a quote, we build it only when you ask for it.
No. The connector uses a private API access created for your Sellsy account. Who may use it is decided per group in Deployed OS, and every call is logged.
A private access, created on the Developer page of your Sellsy account. It only reaches your own account, so it does not need Sellsy’s validation, which applies to public apps that connect to many Sellsy accounts.
Deployed is an EU company and fully GDPR compliant, and you choose where your data is stored, down to the city. Sellsy data is fetched when someone asks for it.
It depends on the size of your team. Get in touch and we will walk you through it.
