Teamleader MCP: connect Teamleader to Claude and ChatGPT

Ask Claude or ChatGPT which deals are close to being won, how many hours a project has used or which invoices for a customer are still unpaid. The answer comes straight from Teamleader Focus, without clicking through three modules.

We build the connector for your company on Teamleader’s own API. Each person signs in with their own Teamleader account, so the AI works as that person in Teamleader, and it only reads.

In practice

What your team can do with Teamleader in Claude and ChatGPT

Sales

The pipeline before the sales meeting

Deals by phase, owner or expected close date, with the last activity on each, so the Monday meeting starts with the list instead of building it.
Account managers

A customer in one answer

Company, contacts, open deals, running projects and outstanding invoices together, before a call or a visit.
Project leads

Hours and budget on a project

Time tracked on a project and its tasks, who logged it and what is left, read from Teamleader instead of an export.
Finance

What is still unpaid

Invoices by customer, status and due date, so the follow-up list for overdue invoices is ready when you are.
Examples

Ask it like this

  • “Which deals for Bouwbedrijf Peeters are open, and what is the next step on each?”

  • “Which deals are expected to close this month and have had no activity for two weeks?”

  • “How many hours have we logged on the website project for Brouwerij De Kroon, and by whom?”

  • “Which invoices for Van Damme Logistics are overdue?”

  • “Summarise everything we have done with Jolien Maes at Atelier Noord this year.”

  • “Which quotations were sent last month and not yet accepted?”

The connector

What we build for Teamleader

Deployed OS has no ready Teamleader connector yet. We build it for your company when you start, on Teamleader’s own API, with the same rules as every other connector: each person’s own login, access decided by group, every call logged.

Contacts and companies
Companies and contacts with their details and history, so the AI knows who a customer is.
Deals and quotations
Deals with their phase, owner and expected close date, and the quotations linked to them.
Projects and time
Projects with their tasks and the time tracked on them, so the AI can say what has been used and what is left.
Invoices
Invoices with their status and due date, booked or still in draft.
Tickets
Support tickets per customer, for teams that handle support in Teamleader.
Security

Who sees what

Read-only
The connector reads. It does not create deals, change a project or book an invoice. Writing, such as logging a call or moving a deal to the next phase, we only build if you ask for it.
Each person’s own Teamleader account
Teamleader’s API uses OAuth 2.0, so everyone signs in with their own Teamleader account and authorises the connector once. Calls run as that person, not as one shared account.
Your company decides who gets it
Admins choose which groups get Teamleader in Deployed OS. A group without access never sees the connector.
Every call logged
Who asked, what was read and when. Deployed OS keeps the log, and it can be exported.
Setup

Set up the Teamleader connector in three steps

01
We go through which questions matter most with you and build the connector on Teamleader’s API, with only the read scopes it needs.
02
You choose which groups get Teamleader in Deployed OS, for example sales and project leads.
03
Each person signs in with their own Teamleader account and approves the connector once. From then on they just ask.
Questions

Teamleader MCP: common questions

Not as far as we know. There are several community MCP servers for Teamleader Focus and some hosted third-party ones, most of which need you to register your own Teamleader app. We build the MCP connector on Teamleader’s own API, so the answers can be used in Claude and ChatGPT next to your other systems.

No. The connector reads customers, deals, quotations, projects, time and invoices. It does not create or update anything, and we only build writing if you ask for it.

Yes. Teamleader’s API uses OAuth 2.0, so everyone signs in as themselves and the calls run as that person. On top of that, Deployed OS decides which groups get the connector at all.

Yes. We build on the Teamleader Focus API, which is what most companies in Belgium and the Netherlands mean by Teamleader.

Deployed is an EU company and fully GDPR compliant, and you choose where your data is stored, down to the city. Teamleader data is fetched when someone asks for it.

It depends on the size of your team. Get in touch and we will walk you through it.
