Uniconta MCP: connect Uniconta to Claude and ChatGPT

Ask Claude or ChatGPT which debtors are overdue, what is left to deliver on an order or how many of an item you have in stock. The answer comes straight from Uniconta, without a report or a call to the bookkeeper.

We build the connector for your company on Uniconta’s own API. It signs in as a Uniconta user with only the rights it needs, admins decide which groups get it in Deployed OS, and it only reads.

The connector

What we build for Uniconta

Deployed OS has no ready Uniconta connector yet. We build it for your company when you start, on Uniconta’s own API, with the same rules as every other connector: each person’s own login, access decided by group, every call logged.

Debtors and invoices
Debtors with their details, and invoices with amounts, due dates and what is still open.
Orders
Debtor orders with their lines, so the AI can say what has been ordered and what is left to deliver or invoice.
Items and stock
Inventory items with their stock levels and details.
Creditors
Creditors and what is owed to them.
Ledger
GL accounts with balances and entries per period.
Security

Who sees what

Read-only
The connector reads. It does not post, create orders or invoices or change a debtor.
A Uniconta user for the connector
Uniconta’s API signs in as a Uniconta user, and Uniconta checks every call against that user’s rights. Your Uniconta partner sets up a user for the connector with only the rights it needs, so areas it has no rights to stay out of reach.
Your company decides who gets it
Because the connector uses one Uniconta user, admins choose which groups get Uniconta in Deployed OS. A group without access never sees the connector.
Every call logged
Who asked, what was read and when. Deployed OS keeps the log, and it can be exported.
Setup

Set up the Uniconta connector in three steps

01
We go through which questions matter most with you and build the connector on Uniconta’s API for your company.
02
Your Uniconta partner sets up a user for the connector with the rights you agree on, and you choose which groups get Uniconta in Deployed OS.
03
People in those groups find Uniconta in Claude or ChatGPT. From then on they just ask.
Questions

Uniconta MCP: common questions

Not from Uniconta, as far as we know in October 2026. Some third parties offer hosted Uniconta MCP servers. We build the connector on Uniconta’s own API, so it can be used in Claude and ChatGPT next to your other systems, with access per group and one log.

No. The connector reads debtors, orders, invoices, stock, creditors and the ledger. It does not post or change records, and we only add writing if you ask for it.

No. The connector signs in as one Uniconta user with limited rights, set up for it. Who can use it is decided per group in Deployed OS, and every call is logged with the name of the person who asked.

Usually, yes. Uniconta refers API questions to its partners, and your partner is the one who normally sets up users and rights. We work with them on the setup.

Deployed is an EU company and fully GDPR compliant, and you choose where your data is stored, down to the city. Uniconta data is fetched when someone asks for it.

It depends on the size of your team. Get in touch and we will walk you through it.
