Who sees what
- Reads, plus notes and tasks
- The connector searches and reads accounts, contacts and opportunities, with their notes and activities, and your own open tasks. It can add a note or a task of your own. It cannot edit, reassign or close a record, and leads are not included.
- Each person’s Creatio rights
- Everyone connects their own Creatio login, so the access rights you have set in Creatio apply as they are. Records a person can’t open in Creatio stay hidden from the AI too.
- Writes only with Edit access
- Admins choose which groups get Creatio, and only groups with Edit access can add notes and tasks. Both are the person’s own, with no reminder and out of the calendar, after they confirm the text.
- Every call logged
- Who asked, which connector, when. Deployed OS shows reads and writes per connector and per person, and the log can be exported.

Creatio’s AI Studio uses MCP so that agents built in Creatio can reach other systems. Deployed OS works the other way round: it brings Creatio into the AI your people already use, Claude, ChatGPT or Copilot, as one company connector with each person’s own login, access per group and a log of every call.
Two things, when you ask and confirm the text: it can add a note to an account, contact or opportunity, saved as a completed task of yours on it, and create a task of your own with a due date. Neither mentions anyone, sets a reminder or goes in the calendar, though Creatio may add the record’s contact to it. No record is edited, reassigned or closed. If you need more, we can extend it for you.
Your admin sets up Creatio in Deployed OS once. You add your company’s Deployed OS connection in Claude, sign in to Creatio with your own login and start asking. The same connection works in ChatGPT and Copilot.
Creatio 8.3 or later, in Creatio’s cloud. Opportunities need Creatio’s Lead and Opportunity Management; without it, accounts, contacts and tasks still work. Leads are not included today. If you need them, we can extend it for you.
